NURTURING THE GIRL-CHILD FOR A BETTER UGANDA AND THE WORLD
St. Aloysius girls’ SS Kitanga is the only girls’ school in Rukiga District. It is led by the Missionary Sisters of Mary Mother of the Church whose mother-house is in Lira Diocese, Lira City in Northern part of Uganda. Presently the Head teacher of the schools is Sr. Florence Busingye.
The life of a girl-child is prodigious priority at St. Aloysius Girls’ SS Kitanga. We are very determined to ensure that she is nurtured and acquires all the necessary skills and knowledge to be self-supportive in future. In order to achieve that, the school excels in DIT programme, Sports especially girls’ football, netball, music dance and drama, debate and strives hard for academic excellence for O’ Level and A’ Level respectively.
